These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FindMeABot, a Discord bot discovery platform. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FindMeABot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FindMeABot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using our platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
FindMeABot uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your credentials or allow others to use your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
4. Bot Listings
Bot owners may submit their Discord bots for listing on FindMeABot subject to our Bot Guidelines. All submissions are reviewed by our team before approval. We reserve the right to reject, delist, or remove any bot at our discretion for any reason including but not limited to policy violations, inactivity, or user reports.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) submit bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service; (b) upload false, misleading, or deceptive information; (c) attempt to manipulate vote counts; (d) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (f) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
6. API Usage
Access to the FindMeABot public API is provided as-is. You may not use the API to build competing services, resell API access, or perform excessive requests that degrade service quality for others. We may rate-limit or revoke API access at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on FindMeABot — including logos, design, and code — is the property of FindMeABot or its licensors. Bot listings and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting content you grant FindMeABot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FindMeABot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Service. We are not responsible for any harm caused by bots listed on our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMeABot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
